Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to addresses within Spain.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within Spain.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Handling time is 1–3 business days and transit time is 3–9 business days, so the total delivery time is usually between 4 and 12 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
No, orders within Spain are free from customs fees. Any extra duties or taxes would be the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days and we will cover the return shipping and provide either a replacement or a refund. If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange free return shipping and send you the correct item.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. If it has already shipped, please follow our return process after receiving it.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@modestecho.com with your reason for return and photos or videos if applicable. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the product.
